Each resident is our top priority. Everything flows from making sure their experience and care is of the very highest standard. Our highly experienced and committed healthcare professionals deliver best practice person-centered care through individual care plans for individual resident needs.
A key part of creating a homely atmosphere is our wide and varied activities programme. This provides a platform and focal point for the all-important social interaction between residents.
Resident dining experience is extremely important. Our Head of Catering, in conjunction with our Dietitian, provides individualised food plans for each resident to offer a first class resident dining experience.
We take great pride in making the home clean, presentable, and safe for our residents and visitors. Our Clinical Nurse Manager leads a multidisciplinary team tasked with delivering quality and best practice in Infection Prevention and Control to ensure the safety of all our residents, staff and visitors.

Similarly, we treat and value all our staff, thankful and mindful of the importance of their role and contribution that they make daily in delivering patient centred care for our residents. For the benefit and interest of our Residents, we strive to provide Staff continuity and stability.
This is important as our team know our residents’ likes and dislikes, building trust and confidence for our residents and families.

Supporting the Managing Director and Director of Nursing is a dedicated team of staff nurses, senior healthcare assistants, healthcare assistants, activity coordinator, social care practitioner, allied healthcare professionals and ancillary staff, whose focus is to enhance the lives of the elderly residents in their care.
